ABOUT THE CHESTERFIELD SQUARE COMMUNITY BLOCK CLUB (CSCBC)

MISSION AND HISTORY

The Chesterfield Square Community Block Club began in 1995 as part of a neighborhood movement to improve the quality of life for the residents of Chesterfield Square. Since its inception the Chesterfield Square Community Block Club has been involved in neighborhood clean-ups, clothing and food drives, and political action to prevent Verizon from erecting a cell tower. The boundaries of Chesterfield Square are Slauson to the South, Vernon Ave on the North, Normandie Ave on the East and Arlington on the West.

The mission of the Chesterfield Square Community Block Club is to improve the quality of life for the residents through engagement.
